Annual Plans
- First 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 14 days: Prorated refund for unused months (minimum 3 months remaining required)
- Cancellation: Access continues until end of annual period
How to Request
Email support@goodcraft.io with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We'll process within 3 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- Account terminated for Terms violation
- You've received a refund in the past 12 months
- Request made in bad faith
Processing
Refunds go to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days.
